So here we are. Washed up and broken down in some galactic backwater. Hopes and dreams long gone amongst a haze of hard work. A handful of possessions and a small stake in whatever we could scratch together. Content just to while away the remaining hours. Content that is, until something comes along that stirs us from our apathy. Makes us feel something again. A second chance, for fame, heroism, adventure, or even just to make the universe a better place in whatever tiny way. An alternative to sitting and just waiting for the reaper.

Deus Wrecks Machina is a game about tired, ordinary people like us, who choose to do extra-ordinary things. Sometimes, they even live to tell the tale.
